Steel spreader bars are safe and can be sterilised.

This stretcher is suitable for smaller and thinner earlobes as it has a limited size for the ear tissue - thick earlobes might not have enough room for proper stretching.

Sizes are always given at the widest part - the size you want to get to.
Do not skip sizes, larger sizes could fall out of your ear.
