You bring the parcel to any delivery point of Zásilkovna and dictate the code sent by us to the operator. In about 5-7 days your package will be delivered to us.

After payment, we will send you the code within 24 hours of receiving payment for the return shipment.

When handing over the package, have a confirmation with the package number issued by the Post Office - this is your protection in case of loss or theft of the package after handing it over at the branch.
