Steel extender in the shape of a black horseshoe with two rubber bands.

Steel is an ideal hypoallergenic material, which, unlike plastic dilators, can be effectively sterilised and does not harbour bacteria to the same extent, nor does it release microplastics into the body through body heat.

In smaller thicknesses it is suitable for stretching the septum.
