Kaos Softwear is the brainchild of legendary founders Jesse Jarrell and Steve Haworth. In the late 1990s, they began exploring the idea of using silicone for jewellery and soon began manufacturing the first ever flexible tunnels, which were introduced to the piercing jewellery industry in 2002.
Kaos Softwear based in Portland, Oregon, specializes in making the world's most flexible and comfortable, premium silicone body jewelry.

Kaos Softwear are very proud to offer a product made from silicone used for implants that is completely biocompatible. All materials are sourced and manufactured in the United States to create the Kaos Softwear product line. The materials they use are individually batch tested and they have material safety data sheets on hand in their plant, which are always available to customers. Kaos Softwear Body Jewelry meets government safety guidelines in accordance with California Prop 65 and current regulations limiting the use of lead, phthalates and cadmium.
